P&S Director's decision upheld in RMIC's appeal regarding non-responsibility finding

OPA released its decision on the appeal filed by Resources Management International Corporation (RMIC) appealing the protest decision of the Director of Procurement and Supply (Director). The Decision denied RMIC’s protest of the Director’s Responsibility Determination in DPW07-IFB-022 (IFB).
Resources Management International Corporation (RMIC) appealed the Director of Procurement & Supply’s Protest Decision, which upheld the Director’s previous determination that RMIC could not be found to be responsible contractor within the CNMI Procurement Regulations for DPW07-IFB-022. No showing of bad faith was made. OPA found that the Director had a reasonable basis for the responsibility determination. OPA, therefore, upheld the Protest Decision and denied the Appeal.
